How can I get samples?
Please contact our sales representative and advise sample details, such as materials, color, shape, packing method. She/He will handle it for you.

How will the concrete planters be packed?
There are several ways of packing the planters, for example pallet+foam+packaging film, pallet+carton+packing tapes, top/bottom corrugated paper+packing bonds, etc. Each way will protect the planters well and it's finally up to you.

The planters will be usually shipped by sea FCL.

Can you help with making my own design?
We are professional OEM/ODM factory, and able to make your designs. Sample lead time is about one week or two. Sampling cost depends on size and weight of the samples. Sampling fee will refund to you once shipping quantity reaches 1000pcs.

Can I put logo on our products?
Yes we can either decal or carving your logo on the planters.
